Who we are

Mindlink Systems builds AI growth and operational infrastructure for mid-sized real estate businesses. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you register for a workshop or book a call through this site.

What we collect

When you register for the workshop we ask for:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your role
• Your company’s annual revenue range
• Optionally, a short description of a process you would like out of your head

We also collect basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you viewed on this site.

Why we collect it

• To send you the joining link, calendar invite and reminders for the workshop you registered for.
• To send you the worksheets afterwards, whether or not you attended.
• To understand who is in the room so the session is useful to the people in it.
• To follow up about our services where your answers suggest we may be able to help.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We do not add you to unrelated newsletters.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Who processes it for us

We use third-party services to run this site, store enquiries, host the workshop and send email. They process your information on our instructions only.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email us and we will action it.
